Everyone goes through highs and lows. There will be days when you feel like you know everything and days where you feel like you have not learnt anything at all and you know absolutely nothing. One thing I always recommend you do is to share out the knowledge you have to anyone who you feel like may be struggling.
Be a figure of inspiration and be a helper. Always go out of your way to ensure that the people around you are learning from you and in return, you can also learn a lot from them. When you share your knowledge, you create a positive environment and an environment willing to grow which is crucial for our development.
Another reason why sharing out your knowledge is really good for you is that it helps you to expand on the knowledge you already have. If you have learnt something, that is one thing. However, if you teach what you have learnt to another individual, this consolidates and reinforces the fact that you have learnt that particular topic or module.
Being helpful to others also allows them to help you in return in your time of need. Like I said at the beginning, we all go through our highs and lows. So when you are at your low point, you may need a helping hand. Giving out knowledge can increase the number of contacts you have and will also make you more approachable.
Always strive to help others out in a time of need!
