Attend Events

By attending events, you will put yourself in a better position for the future!

Always try your best and to make time to attend events. There are many events out there which can help you for the future. If you are currently studying at university, then you need to go to the internships/career fair. This will help you with job applications and the structure of them. They can also give you extremely helpful advice when it comes to future careers. The good thing about these fairs is that they are suited to your degree so it will all be relevant.

If you are particularly interested in business and finance, then networking events are a must. You can meet new people who are in corporate companies; the companies you’re probably looking to get a job for the future. If you make the most of these networking events, you can have new contacts who can help you through the application process and with any queries you may have.

These events will enable you to meet new people and to create contacts which can help you in the foreseeable future. Contacts and experience are very important in this day and age and it is the latter which employers look for when looking for prospective employees. Going to the above events will really help you stand out from the crowd so I would stress going to these events and racking up those experience points.

  1. This is such great advice Kamran! It’s something I’ve never thought of before, but so true. Thank you for taking the time to write something that can help everyone. Blessings to youπŸ™‚

    • Thank you soo much Malinda for the kind words and support! It is very much appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed.

Is there anything you would like me to write about which will help you? I am more than glad to accommodate

  2. Hi Kamran, The only thing I can think of right now, would be writing something on helping others improve their writing. Lol, sounds kind of funny to write about writing, but there are a lot of college age students I believe this could help. This subject could certainly be done in more than one article. I’m always looking for ways to improve my writing too! Thanks for all of your very helpful information. There’s always something to learn. Blessings to you!

    • Oh wow, I didn’t think my writing was that good to be advising others how to write πŸ€”πŸ˜‚

But I have made a note of this in my notepad and this post shall be uploaded soon. Watch this space 😎😎

      • Lol, You’re so funny Kamran, your writing is very good. πŸ‘πŸΌ We all improve with each piece we write. Also, any time we teach others, we learn more than those who are learning from us. The teacher will 100% learn more than the students, because the teacher had to study to be able to pass along the info. In reality, when we teach, we become better too! This has been my own personal experience, as I homeschooled my daughter for eleven years. I guarantee I learned more by writing her lessons, than in any classroom where I was a student! Thanks for all of your helpful articles. Keep up the great work.πŸ‘πŸΌβœπŸΌ

      • That is definitely true, I can honestly say that I’ve learned the most when I taught other people.

I respect you a lot for homeschooling your daughter. How was it? I do not know anyone personally who has been homeschooled so I’m quite curious.

Thank you sooo much for your kind words and I most definitely will πŸ€—

      • Thank you, Kamran, for mentioning the homeschooling. It was not easy, and a lot of hard work, but I would do it all over again if I had the chance. She is now an excellent student in college, and I am so proud of her. I look forward to seeing where her life goes.πŸ€—

      • That’s no problem, I have always admired those who teach their kids. That’s great to hear and I hope she does well in life and in whatever she wants to do
